For those of you unwilling to burn rubbers in the Sepang F1 circuit in your modified Honda Civic, there is another alternative. GRID 2. The sequel to the awesome-though-old GRID racing game is making a comeback in 2013.
According to Codemasters, the game implements their next gen 'EGO' engine which enhances the handling, AI, graphics and the lot. Another gimmicky name to their new tech featured in the game is 'TrueFeel' which enables more life like sensation when driving - think Gran Turismo feat NFS Most Wanted. Cars will be chosen from four decades, though I'm not quite sure how many cars there will be. You get solo races in simulation mode and yes, you also get to battle it out among the online community across licensed tracks, cities and mountain passes.
