Remember the video where Kanye West and Jay-Z destroyed a Maybach just for fun? That's how the marque has become. The Maybach was always and always will be a Rolls Royce wannabe. It had a beautiful name but the car never had the prestige, character nor the exclusivity. Inside, it feels like any other Mercedes. Unlike Bentley, most of the parts are taken from the Mercedes parts bin and it doesn't feel exclusive enough for that amount of money. In fact, Maybach has even revealed that they have been a loss making company with very bad reception towards its cars and low sales. Well, bye Maybach. I won't miss you.
